Attorney

Mr. Dominski's practice focuses on governmental and business transactions and corporate law. He represents the Nation and its several enterprises in their business and real estate transactions, financial matters and legal compliance. He works closely with the Nation's business and operational departments and divisions to review, draft and negotiate agreements and to provide legal advice within a variety of practice areas.

Prior to joining the Nation's Legal Department, Mr. Dominski was an attorney in the New York city office of the international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions, private equity transactions and public company securities law issues. Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Dominski served for four years on active duty as an officer in the United States Army, where he was a platoon leader and executive officer of an air defense battery stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas.

Mr. Dominski received his Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
