
Laura Misita
Land Administrator/Paralegal
Ms. Misita manages the land record information of the Oneida Indian Nation and provides important paralegal support to the department in matters relating to real estate and significant litigation matters such as real property taxation and assessments, property rights, regulatory jurisdiction and gaming.
Prior to joining the Nation's Legal Department, Ms. Misita was a paralegal at Mackenzie Hughes, LLP and Harwell, Howard, Hyne, Gabbert and Manner, PC.
Ms. Misita received a Paralegal Certificate from the National Academy for Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Technology Degree and Associate in Applied Science Degree from the State University of New York at Cobleskill. She is also a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association.
