
Jaime M. (Previte) Vaccaro
Deputy General Counsel
Ms. Vaccaro's practice focuses on governmental and business transactions and corporate law. She represents the Nation and its several enterprises in their business transactions, financial matters and legal compliance. Ms. Vaccaro plays a leading role in handling the legal aspects of the Nation's multi-million dollar financing, and she also has directed outside counsel in these transactions. She works closely with the Nation's business and operational departments and divisions to review, draft and negotiate agreements and to provide legal advice regarding business and operational issues within a diverse range of practice areas. In addition, Ms. Vaccaro leads numerous intellectual property transactions for the Nation and related entities.
Prior to joining the Nation's Legal Department, Ms. Vaccaro was a corporate attorney in the New York City office of the international law firm of White & Case LLP, where she worked on numerous large transactions on behalf of companies, banks and other financial institutions. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Vaccaro served for four years active duty as an officer in the United States Army stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Ms. Vaccaro received her Juris Doctorate from Cornell University Law School, cum laude, and her Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Oneida Indian Nation Court.
