Mr. Raymond represents individual Oneida Indian Nation members in family and matrimonial law, vehicle and traffic, criminal matters and a various civil matters.

Prior to joining the Oneida Indian Nation, Mr. Raymond was a solo law practitioner in Central New York for several years with a focus on family law, criminal and civil matters. Prior to beginning his law practice, Mr. Raymond was a high school and middle school English teacher in Syracuse. He also worked as an adjunct instructor in the English Department at Onondaga Community College for twelve years. Mr. Raymond has also been an adjunct instructor in business law at Utica School of Commerce since 1994.

Mr. Raymond earned a B.S. degree in English from S.U.N.Y Brockport, and a Masters degree in English Education from Syracuse University. He then went on to complete his J.D. at Syracuse University College of Law.

Mr. Raymond is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the Onondaga County, Madison County, Oneida County, and New York State Bar Associations. He is a past member of the Board of Advisors at Elmcrest Children's Center.
