Bryan M. Mignone
Attorney

Mr. Mignone's practice focuses on government and business transactions and corporate law. He represents the Nation and its several enterprises in their business and commercial transactions, financial matters and legal compliance. He works closely with the Nation's business and operational departments and divisions to review, draft and negotiate agreements and to provide legal advice within a diversity of practice areas ranging from health care and government programs to hospitality and entertainment. In addition, Mr. Mignone specializes in employee health and benefit matters for the Nation and related entities.

Prior to joining the Nation's Legal Department, Bryan was an attorney in the corporate department in the New York City office of the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where his practice focused on merger & acquisition transactions, securities and general corporate matters on behalf of companies, private equity firms and other financial institutions. Prior to earning his law degree, Bryan volunteered for several months in Malawi, located in Central Africa, assisting with community based HIV/AIDS prevention and education programs and he volunteered as a legal intern at the India Center for Human Rights and Law in Mumbai (Bombay), India.

Bryan received his Juris Doctorate from the New York University School of Law, cum laude and his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
