Ms. Waters provides important paralegal support to the attorneys on various legal matters for the Oneida Indian Nation government and its enterprises, including in the areas of business transactions and governance, real estate and intellectual property.

Prior to joining the Nation's Legal Department, Ms. Waters was a paralegal at Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc., O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, Mackenzie Hughes, LLP and The Pyramid Companies.

Ms. Waters received her certificate in paralegal studies from Syracuse University and she continues to pursue her bachelor's degree in legal studies.
