Government and Business Legal Services
The attorneys in Government and Business Legal Services are responsible for protecting and representing the legal interests of the Oneida Indian Nation government, Oneida Nation Enterprises, LLC, and all of its business operations. The attorneys represent the Nation's government in its land claim, government compact negotiations, trust land application, tax and property disputes, legislative affairs and vigilantly protects the Nation's sovereign immunity. The attorneys also represent the Nation in its business and economic development, entertainment, real estate, construction, gaming and intellectual property matters, as well as negotiate multi-million dollar corporate transactions.
